Every quail we keep is a jumbo Coturnix line. Below are the varieties, and the individual birds we showed at the Boulder County Fair in August.
Every variety has its own page. Tap a picture or a name to open it. Only the Range line also gets pages for individual birds, because Range birds carry tuxedo and Fee markings that differ noticeably from one bird to the next. Egyptian Fee, German Pansy and Autumn Amber are color varieties, and birds within each one look much the same, so those pages describe the variety rather than each bird.

See the varietyEvery quail here has eaten 100% certified organic feed for its entire life. Our quail hatch here and go straight onto a certified organic chick starter, then onto an organic grower ration once they are grown. Not one of them has ever eaten conventional feed. It costs us noticeably more and we think it shows, in the birds and in the eggs.
